Dry, cracked and painful skin with redness. what antibiotics or creams can be used?

Antibiotics will only treat bacterial infections so will do nothing for dry cracked skin!

Use something like baby oil/baby lotion at least twice a day and massage it into the skin well each time and you should notice a difference in a month.
