So I had the exact same problem for a little over a year, it was a pretty easy fix, just apply Cortizone 10 the fast healing kind and don't scratch it. got rid of the problem in a few days

Okay so everyone please do not think less of me for this but I am a homosexual and I also have this issue for about a few months. Like 2 months ago I...used sperm on the left scrotum(mine yes gross I know) but it worked! It cleared up in minutes and the skin redness and pain went away!!!

I do have this problem too but mines worst but whenever it itches i use an anti fungal cream and it works slowly i began to heal maybe you should also try too

Hey yeah I have this and it's gotta be from goldbond because I apply it every day and yeah it makes it dry out or something because this happend to me before because of goldbond as well. I used vasaline to clear it up seemed to take a cuple weeks; although I could have got it from dry lack of zinc or the gym because all of that applys to my daily routine as well

Experiencing this same problem for a month...I shaved which resulted in razor burn. I've had jock itch on and off all year so I assume the razor burn allowed the yeast to thrive again...I've had success reducing the itching, burning, cracking, peeling, open sores, and bumps by using these inexpensive products found at your local store or pharmacy: Witch hazel, tea tree oil, salicylic acid, Neosporin, and a product sold in the States called Blue star ointment. Use the first 3 after a shower and towel off to reduce any bumps, itching, remove dead skin, and disinfect sores if present. Apply Neosporin after the skin has absorbed those to speed the healing of sores and prevent bacteria from thriving on the raw skin. Try not to scratch , sleep without underpants to keep your scrotum dry for a while and when your sores have healed apply Blue star ointment to stop the yeast infection. This product has a temporary intense burn but it works fast. Reapply for until symptoms leave.

Hey. Just read your post and wondered how you are getting along with finding some sort of treatment. Yours is the only post that states you have similiar problems to me, in that i have have itching on theskin of my testes and my eyelids are inflamed and red. Everything seems to last between a few days and a week, then goes away for a week, only to re-appear, primarily with the itching of the ball sack first (night time is worse) then a day or so later with the eyelids. Driving me mad! Look forward to hearing back from you. Fin

Well I had this kind of problem, first I applied antiseptic, then gentian violet paint that's used for minor burns, but they didn't seem to work, till I used wool to prevent the scrotum from having contact with my laps, and when I want to shower I used nylon to cover the entire penis and balls to prevent water from entering, and change the wool every two days , am OK now, just 5 days its all gone , thank God for answering my prayers

Read this thread and it was like i was writing these posts.. Tried everything like everyone else and was really starting to give up. Then I was given the suggestion to try coconut oil and I thank God The dermatologist suggested it I have been fighting with itchy unbearable painful testicles for months and in two days of using coconut oil the skin on my scrotum has finally started to heal I don't know what I would've done if things did not get better was starting to get really depressed but now things have started to turn around this is the best I've felt in months so for whoever reads this go get some 100% organic cold pressed coconut oil and apply liberally and watch the results I hope this is been helpful

Guys, use the Betnovate cream available in pharmacies. It shall help. Avoid normal creams, moisturizers, soaps & wetting the with water. Keep changing your underpants frequently. It helped for me and I hope it shall for many of you. Do update me if any. Best wishes.

Hi guys,

a year ago I had the same issues. Unbearable itchiness. So much that it would hinder me at work. I even had to take a day off work cause I couldn't do anything but itch. The best remedy was a burning hot shower then sit butt naked and dry Which wasn't a solution if I needed to go out. So the day I took off work, I just sat and browsed through hundreds of forums. Each one said the same thing. Oil, cream, other stuff, eat good stuff, try this product, try that. I was pretty over it after 300 dollars to dermatologists and other stuff. Then I found this one guys post. It has an actual name which I cannot recall but it is chronic for the rest of your life. Good thing is, it's an allergic reaction. The guys suggested this. Take 180mg of antihistamine. This will clear the itch IT REALLY DOES CLEAR THE ITCH FOR 24 HOURS. Then a butt load of different vitamins like zinc vitamin a,b,d. Of them all only vitamin a makes a difference. Vitamin a causes your skin to hyper produce oil and fix the problem while the anithistamine clears up the itch so you don't mess it up. MAKE SURE ITS 180 MG. They could be found at target for like 18 bucks. 18 bucks of pure relief. This remedy only needs to be taken for a week on the onset then it goes away for MONTHS. Then it pops up and you take remedy for a day or two and rinse and repeat for life. THERE IS HOPE AND RELIEF GUYS.
