Pull your foreskin back and smear the head with vaseline. Then pull your foreskin forward and leave it alone for a while. The vaseline will stop any sticking. Never use soap to clean the head. After a time, the oils will return to the mucosa that covers the head and there will be no more problem with sticking.

I have not had this problem but I know that Vaseline is used on babies' penises to prevent adhesions. It should work for you. Use it as long as necessary.

Great help guys!!  I am not circumcised but never had a problem with foreskin  Recently had stinging at uretha opening and red foreskin  Not sure if it was an infection or overstrong urine ssociated with dehydration and hot weather we are having in UK right now.  Did not want to bother GP because medical team are focussed on sorting out heart failure!! Found pouring water over penis after urination and Savlon cream relieved stinging and seemed to help healing.

Found thread from looking up penis ad furosemide (diuretic) side effects.  Noticed small areas of dired smegma when foreskin fully pulled back.  Was thinking of asking hospital pharmacy if there was something bette than Savlon for my condition.

Will bear yeast infection in mind  THANKS   :)

you should never ever place baking soda on penis, ever , it will eat it up and cause ballinitis inflammation of penis head.

I found this reply very helpful. The problem and systems have not really improved. I've found moisturisers seen to be a temporary cure but don't treat the under lying cause. Still looking for a long term solution. But moisturisers and oral is working wonders. Highly recommended, Quick tip, I have been using Nivea pure & natural body lotion and my girlfriend says it tastes horrible. So make sure you moisturise a few hours before and wash it off before hand. Thanks again

You are blessed with an erogenous, highly-innervated foreskin. Many guys would envy your foreskin.

You are very fortunate to have parents that did not circumcise you. You have a whole, complete penis so you have sex the way nature intended it.

Smegma is a natural, normal, harmless, and healthy substance. It is a mixture of exfoliated skin and skin oils. Smegma does NOT cause cancer.

Smegma collects under the foreskin from birth. It is normally white in color. Some people believe that smegma resembles cream cheese.

It won’t hurt if it stays there for a while, but it can get irritating and smelly if it stays for a very long time without being washed away, so it is good practice to wash the smegma away once in a while. Washing with soap should be avoided because it can dry out the mucosal tissue and cause non-specific dermatitis.

Since smegma is composed of exfoliated skin and skin exfoliation occurs continuously, smegma is continuously forming. You may expect to see a little more every day.

Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.

Could be smegma accumulating under the foreskin - you need to wash it off using warm (not hot) water and a gentle cleanser. You can also boost your body's natural lubrication by using a penis health creme (Man1 Man Oil is a good product, or Google for others).

Try putting some Jergen's hand lotion under your foreskin to see if that stop the sticking.
