Ok, so i'm 17.. I've had sex before with 4 people 3 of which were virgins.. Just recenitly i've noticed 3 tiny, tiny spots of dry cracking skin right by the bass of my penis. Could this just be dry skin, or is it something more serious?

Also, sometime i even can a pimple here or there around there, but it looks like something that would just be on my face, and they go away if i just leave them alone and wash really good..

I just put aloe on the spots and can't even tell they were that because the dry skin came off, and it just looks a little more red than everything else because its raw skin..

I just want to try to make sure its not more serious?
