An ENT Dr. inserted a tube after I had some issues with allergy related chronic sinusitis which led to an ear infection. My GP changed my allergy meds, which made a big difference in my sinisitis. However, after 2 months my ear still drains at night when I lay on that side. The drainage appears clear until it dries and then is it a light greenish yellow. Is this normal? I called my ENT Dr. and he says to just keep using the antibiotic drops. I had breast cancer 6 years ago, so I'm always worried about it appearing somewhere else.
