I wouldnt think so, BUT you shoudl always be sure by taking a test. and a blood test to be accurate.
Nipple sensation can happen when you are and when you are not pregnant.
also you can bleed to even if your pregnant.. but the back pain depends on where it is coming from because.... it could be pain in your uterus that can give you discomfort or it can be paiin caused by your period.
Check with a doctor and take a test. know when the first day of your last period... check to see if your pregnant!!!
