Hey people,
I also share one of nutrition problems- can’t seem to gain weight! I look too skinny. A friend recommended me a book, called Eat to Win. Did anybody read this book?

I read Eat to Win. It cool book- they say it’s sports nutrition bible :-) I really don’t know if that’s most appropriate for you, but you would certainly gain some muscles. The eating is based on idea that you are supposed to eat more proteins in order to gain more muscles. You actually need to eat more foods high in carbohydrates, more fat, more diary products … realistic plan is one or two pound a week, that is 2500 calories more than your body needs weekly. That isn't such a problem, at least not for me :-)
