I had a colon resection back in September of 2013 after many diverticulitis, and obstruction attacks.  It was the major abdominal incision surgery.

I am doing fine now and can even eat tomatoes, but I was concerned about taking a chance with eggplant because the seeds are different, maybe larger and thicker.

Does anybody have an info on this? Sure would appreciate it  I am afraid to take a chance, but I love and miss making my eggplant lasagne :)
