Maybe.
The idea of using your first morning urine (wake up pee) is that it is more concentrated than that later in the day.
You can test any time. If it reads pregnant, then you almost certainly are. False positives are VERY rare.
But, if it reads negative, you can't be sure. False negatives are VERY common. By default, the test will read negative.
