I've been taking the pill regularly, for 3 months already. However, for the 4th month I took 3 extra pills (skipping the break where your period is supposed to come). It was a special weekend for me and my boyfriend so I did not want to be on my period.
However, in one of the 3 days, my boyfriend accidently cummed inside of me without a condom (it had sliped off)
I took an extra pill the next day, and decided to stop afterwards, to see if my period would come.

It has been 3 days and my period is still not here.
Should I be worrying about pregnancy? %-)
I frankly doubt it - though any time you invent your own medication routine, you're heading into experimental medicine and even the manufacturers may not have been required to do clinical tests for abnormal routines - beyond the expected skipping / forgetting.

The pill remains the world's most reliable contraception, and pill + condom is a modern thing, STD paranoia - or sensible precaution, it's up to you. You were already in your 'safe' zone, placebo pill, where you are deemed protected and the body allowed to process its normal renewal routine - your period.

You've over-pilled, rather than under-pilled, so pregnancy seems unlikely to say the least, but confusing your body and delaying your period a natural possibility. I'd let your body tell you when it's back to normal, by giving you your period, then get restarted according to the advised schedule.

Any concerns, check it out with your doctor.

I'm having a similar issue, but I agree with jeremiaz. Wait it out, it's most likely your body recovering from the abnormal medical routine.
