im having very bad pains in my lower left abdomen, and i keep getting dizzy, and nauseous, i dont want to eat, and my heart starts beating fast when i stand at times.
it feels like im dying. please, i have no health care so i cant go to the hospital, please i need to know whats wrong with me. i cant breathe well. and i feel like my head weighs a ton. please help me. please.

Whether you have insurance or not you should try to go to a free health clinic in your area. It could be an infection, sounds like the pain is causing you anxiety as well. The dr. could perscribe you some anti anxiety meds as well as conclusively diagnose your problem. You life is too important to risk it because of no insurance. Good luck. I hope you feel better. XD

i have felt the same way for 21 months (since the birth of my baby) - the doctors are very vague, they don't know what it could be, i keep pressing for tests. I'm thinking Gall Bladder problems. Maybe google that. I'm assuming you're american due to your comment about not having health care....in that case there are some home remedies online you can try, that being said...THE BEST THING IS TO SEE A DOCTOR IF YOU CAN (i'm not a doctor, i'm canadian and STILL having problems finding a doctor who knows what is wrong!) good luck to you all.
