I believe that most men have cysts on the epididymus, it is a VERY common condition

Im 35 and got the cyst on my left testicle. Its the size of a Marble. My Urologist said there is NO CURE an will have to live with it. They would operate ONLY if neccessary, if it gets too big that it constantly hurts me or complete discomfort. Otherwise there is No need for removal.
They would worry about post surgery infection, Infertility and damage to the epididymal. So unless its completely necessary.
I'm am currently 37, I've had an enlarged lefty since my early 20s, I lived with it until I was 34 because I was scared I would be unable to have children.
The specialist that I seen said it was a non malignant cyst and I could have it removed anytime I wanted to, just to be prepared to sit on the couch for two weeks with a bag of peas.

Well my pain has some what branched out now but still tied up to the cyst. I notice when i sit for long time or stand and or put my weight on my left leg, or hip, then when i move suddenly, pain will shoot to my testicle then to the back of my hip. but it will also travel to the side of my inner thigh. Now its affecting the way i sit or stand and walk . I'm getting desperate, i'm probably going to ask for surgery to get no matter how small the cyst out. I hoping it will get rid of this pain that rides up to the places i mentioned.

I recommend to anyone with this issue, A) not to smoke weed and b) do not go swimming. Especially in the early stages. Also DO NOT drink coffee and avoid alcohol.

There's a number of European medical reports that say they have and 80%+ cure rate by using injected fluids. The same stuff that they use to get rid of varicose veins...it appears pretty standard there as the first treatment. I'm thinking a trip to Germany is in order if I cn skip surgery...
