I'm 15 Sophomore in high school an I have a bad problem with sweating and it very uncomfortable and extremely embarrassing. I play sports and I hate worrying about people noticing it and it's something that goes through my mind all day. I need advice on this please if any.
Does it happen when you sit down for class because sweating is a way to cool the body. If it's when your walking it might just be hot outside. I know when I sweat it's a lot but that's only when it's hot out.

Sarah1896, I understand your trouble. I used to go through the same when I was young. It was very embarrassing. At that time I used to apply a paste of freshly grounded mint leaves all over my body. Mint has natural cooling benefits along with exfoliating elements. It worked really well for me. You should try it out. Then recently I came across this new Parachute summerfresh body lotion that has mints in it. I apply this lotion and it has the same effect on my skin like then. So, natural!!
