Hi, I am a 18 years old boy. I have alot of excess weight below my bellybutton and my hips are too wide for my body. Also my buttocks seem to be big for my body. I am a very skinny person, I have started to jog, I have sexy abs but I don't like showing my body off because of this excess fat. I think I should be a 28" or 30" jean size but right now I am wearing 32" inches and it is quite tight. When I pull my jeans up there is alot of space.

Something is very abnormal here. I need a solution to this. I want to know what foods or what workout I should do. I don't want to workout my whole body as everything else on me is ok to my standard.
