I wholly appreciate the pain and discomfort everyone is experiencing. If it's any consolation, I'm also going through and have gone through the same thing in the past. I've seen doctors, gynos and finally a holistic approach applied kinesiologist was the one to help me.
I didn't believe it at first, but I can testify that the only thing that made a real difference to me was what I was ingesting. Food AND drink. I changed my diet completely and within a month, I was feeling so, so, so much better in my mind and body that I was beside myself. Of course, since then, I let it slide but a few years later, here I am again.
So, as of 1st May, I'm going back to doing what he taught me to do all those years ago (7 years, it started when I was 40).
NOTE: You have to record EVERYTHING you put into your body so you can see what happens as the changes begin.
DRINK: ONLY water / fresh sliced ginger tea / fresh mint tea / naturally decaff tea. (Drink 1 gallon of water a day)
FOOD:
Bfast: 2 eggs, spinach, avocado, cooked in olive oil
Mid-Morning Snack: cucumber ( or dark green veggies) / meat
Lunch: Green lettuces, kale, cucumber, celery, avocado, ( or dark green veggies) / white meat or fish
Mid-Afternoon Snack: cucumber ( or dark green veggies) / meat
Dinner: broccoli / zucchini / asparagus / spinach ( or dark green veggies) / fish or white meat
Absolutely NOTHING else including seasoning (salt etc.), any dairy at all, no nuts, no fruit (too much sugar), no alcohol, basically just dark green vegetables and meat, with fish at least 5 times a week or daily. I know it sounds like you can never eat again, but the reality is, what we put into our bodies really does affect how they function and over the years, the build up of rubbish in our bodies due to the amount of sugar and processed foods we put in them, means they literally just 'stop' functioning.
After a while, you simply don't want the foods you used to eat because your body says no thanks. And whilst that might sound like your life will change for the worst, in my experience, it actually changes your perspective of the world - and most importantly yourself - than you can realize. I know so many women who have experienced this. It is not uncommon. There is an answer but the answer is - you have to own what you eat.

I was the same way for years. A very good probiotic in the morning and digestive enzymes before each meal..it has changed my life. I also take 1 magnesium tablet each night before bed.

My daughter kept growing fatter and fatter within her belly area and it got really hard. Was sticking outward and downward and upward.......was really large.
She was given an C-Scan and then, she had a larposcopic surgery from a famous gynocologist in Pittsburg, Pa and when it was all over with..........she had her ovary taken out and it had a very large Cyst growing on her ovary and it was filled with real dirty water/fluid. It was like seeing a picture that was a very large pair of women's underpants and the photos of the 7 containers of the fluid was so unbelievable to look at. Her doctor took photos of it all when he got it all taken out and put them into her cell phone as he talked to her the day she was being left out of the hospital. Was amazing, she lost 30 lbs of weight ! I am her mother, and I bloat up after eating a small supper in the early afternoon aroun 5:00 p.m. I hurts me underneath my breasts and is like tight and very uncomfortable. I have had this for over 4 years now and nobody can help me to find out what it is causing this for me. I have had so many Ultrasounds it is pathetic......Anyone have any ideas?

hi guys!!!! Looks like no one has seen a solution yet . . . I heard of one ailment that could explain the answer to everyone here!!
I had the symptoms too, not all the time, but once a week or so . . .
IT IS THE FIBER INTAKE . . .
Some of us for some reason, at random ages or times of life have this change in the shape of your intestinal track that causes you unable to process large amounts of fiber so your bodies reaction is to extend with as much air or fluid trying to push it through the tract HENCE no burping or external gas until later . . .
If the intestine is completely blocked it takes much longer for the bloating to go down.
MEDICAL PHYSICIANS have been REALLY disappointing to know all of you have gone to see someone and all these tests are being run with NO conclusions that's a SHAME! Also if you weren't aware (I am studying medicine currently) that MOST physicians have NEVER been taught nutrition! It's not part of the medical studying all the years it take to become a doctor NOT ONE COURSE!!!
Hence your doctor can't prescribe you a diet! only pills and tests!
There are drastic ways to solve the issue when it becomes out of control, which consists of an extremely bland fiberless diet
look up diet for GASTROPARESIS
otherwise . . .
just realize certain foods have WAY more fiber than other, especially vegetables!
by no means am I telling you to eat unhealthy items!
Steering clear of dairy, meat, and gluten are definitely in your favor
BUT certain vegetables and healthy items are PACKED with fiber that's triggering this blockage!
You just have to keep those specific items to a minimum and pay attention because everyone is different, so certain things trigger it more in certain individuals
For me it is a combination of rice, beans, and garlic usually, on occasion I have to watch my garlic to make sure it isn't too old . . . or eating too many starch fiber filled veggies triggers it . . .
WHAT's THE CAUSE you ask??
Well . . . many years of prescription medication can change or alter the way your body intakes elements.
Also certain exercises, diet changes, vitamins ALL play a part in triggering this crazy reactive uncomfortable distention!
Just be aware, it may not be anything you really have control over and impossible for a doctor to give you a definitive answer with their exams!
If you pay attention, you will realize . . . FIBER clogs up unfortunately and people rely on the doctor so long it will end up a SERIOUS ailment, causing breathing problems, which is DANGEROUS
at that point you probably do have GASTROPARESIS
and I would recommend the complete extreme diet overhaul :( for no fiber intake
Otherwise, relax and look up things that are high in fiber and notice how these are part of you current diet that maybe triggering the problem
This information greatly helped me, hope it helps ALL OF YOU
