It's something else. The food change will help. If she is allergic to corn and wheat and I'm sure she is, then she is probably severely allergic not only to the food itself but the actual process it goes through from production to tummy. Milf for instance im lactose intolerant but if the milk is natural meaning not pasturiezed it doesn't stimulate that allergy or trigger the over production of mucus in ky stomach. The black eyes usually mean allergy but they are most commonly associated with dairy allergies. Goats milk is a great alternative again it's better from a non processed source. Like a farm who raises and sells goat milk. Also sulfur many forms of sulfur cos production of mucus. Sulfur con be found in food medicines and in your daily environment home water out doors. Sulfur is what is propane to alert your sense of smell so that you know there is a gas present. This sulfur can and does trigger the production of mucus. Eggs are sulfuring and if your little on earth is sensitive to sulfur and she very well may be then cut eggs out too. If check this thread and want to talk I'd love to hear about what you have been going through with your daughter. I struggle and so does my little one with this same battle and it's taken me almost thirty years to keep it barely at bay.

To everyone who has posted comments about "excessive mucus etc".. I have suffered from these same mucus problems , plus chronic coughing, minor breathing problems, constantly irritated throat, disturbed sleep etc etc for at least 8 years. On a recent holiday in Spain (we live in UK) I caught flu and my condition deteriorated very quickly and I had to find a local emergency doctor. After a thorough discussion he gave me an intra-muscular injection of "Trigon Depot", which as I discovered from internet research is a "corticosteroid", some variation of synthetic cortisone - plus a short course of antibiotics. My flu symptoms disappeared with a couple of days, but amazingly within 7 days all of my historical symptoms from the previous 9 years had improved by pretty much 95% ! Now 12 weeks on, my old symptoms are slowly re-appearing, but not quite as bad as in the past. My GP wasn't very helpful, or informative, and I have discovered that UK doctors will not follow this sort of treatment long term, but I intend to do some further research about "cortisone" myself, to see if there's some long term solution available. I suggest to anyone suffering as we all appear to be, to talk to your own doctor plus do your own research - for 3 months after the injection I felt better than I have for 9 years !

My husband has excessive phlegm
To the point of vomiting and goes sometimes days without being able to eat or keep anything down. He’s had several trips to the ER for dehydration. He gets extremely upset and depressed because he just Never feels good. Different doctors have tried multi meds, somethings with temporary relief, but nothing long lasting. This is a man who’s rarely been ill in the 42 years we have been married. And he now spends most of his retirement days miserable. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated
Leon is 70 years old
Thank you Debbie Henry
