I recently started doing Free weight workouts and its been about a week or 2. ever since i started after finishing exercises i always get slight headaches but today was too much. I have had a headache for more than 6 hours and have had sinus problem. I did some research on this and i found out about the 2 reasons i could get them and one of them got me worried. it said that brain tumor or hemorrhaging of the blood vessels. I want to know about some of the symptoms that people with that condition usually experience. I don't want to rush to a doctor because i don't have health insurance.

rhey chasky, there are 2 types of headaches related to exercising, first one last shorter and its harmless, in most cases, lasts up to 24h and most people describe them as throbbing, second group last much longer (2 days and more) causes blackouts and neck stiffness. Cause of the first type of pain is unknown, most likely link to blood vessels, while second type is much more dangerous and you should contact a physician if they keep on repeating (you should note that they are sometimes caused by sinus infection)). hope this helps
