Experiencing pregnancy symptoms and I'm a virgin.

Okay so I am a virgin and I never had sex before, but I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I do have a boyfriend and the furthest we've gone is making out. One day (and this only occurred once) my boyfriend and I were making out and he went on top of me. We were both fully clothed ( both wearing jeans and underwear to be exact). He had and erection and I was able to feel it. We were in this position for about 20 minutes and I am not sure if he pre-ejaculated or ejaculated. The thing is I received my period two weeks after this incident. It lasted six days but it was not quite normal. The first few hours was mostly spotting, but then regular flow with regular cramps. It did not end with a brownish reddish flow that it normally ends with. Any who, during my "period" I was experiencing breast soreness and a lack of appetite. This is uncommon for me. A week after my period, I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms. My breast are full/heavy and they have developed brown freckles and Montgomery glands. Also, I experience light headaches at times, cramps, queasiness at times, light headiness, frequent urination, and constipation. I've also noticed that I've developed some skin tags on my neck which are prominent during pregnancy. Was it possible that I am pregnant from that incident? Can sperm/semen travel through clothing. I'm a virgin and this is the ONLY sexual activity that I've engaged in. I'm freaking out, and I am seeking any possible answers. I've made a doctors appointment for this coming Monday, but I want to get some feedback for the meantime.Could it all be due to stress? and in my head? Thanks for your help!
