Hi I have a special occasion coming up and I really want to lose weight but I have 1 month left to do it. I'm 15, 5'1 and I weight about 130. I really consider my self over weight but i'm going to the gym and I also play a sport but I really want to lose weight asap for this occasion. I need some suggestions because I was actually thinking about not eating but I know it's not healthy:/ Thanks:)

you can lose up to about two pounds a week. 

ive been doing it for a week and have lost 2.6 pounds.
