If u have them:
Take shower in the morning since pinworms lay eggs at night and there can be a lot of eggs (thousands) in ur anal area. Wash clothes, bedsheets in hot water and dry them in hot tempertaure. It can also be that it is not a worm or parasite.

Are you nuts? Where did you hear this? I would never post a suggestion for someone unless you’ve done copious research and are sure of what you’re talking about.
Worms are indeed visible and some species can grow to several feet. Also you can feel them in your intestines and rectum depending on the species and can make you very ill to your stomach. Some come down to your anus when you’re asleep to lay their eggs. This is very itchy and is usually pinworms. Round worms and tapeworms are much larger and easily visible to the naked eye. If you think you have something coming out in your stool, take a picture of it with smartphone and blow it up with your fingers. You’d be surprised at the organisms inside the vast majority of people. Identification is another matter. There are somewhere between 1-5+ larval stages to various worms all of which look different. So trying to compare your pictures to those found on line can be very tough. Do search for larval stages of whatever you think it is, then compare yours to the photos on line. If it’s an adult you might get lucky and find it without doing a larva search. Read read read as much as you can on gastrointestinal worms (nematodes) because MDs in USA are given zero training on parasitology. Hopefully this is changing. They were told that we didn’t have these problems in USA...not true anymore if ever. Also the stool tests they give you in the lab only check for microscopic parasites like giardia, etc.- and then only 3 or so types. They don’t look for worms and even if they can see them they are not allowed to diagnose you unless they find an egg(ova)! They call this test the gold standard for finding parasites but from my extensive research they only have a 14% hit rate! Best to see a functional doctor or holistic doctor. They understand that we have parasites. They can do PCR tests, DNA tests, and a variety of others that will tell you for sure what you have. There are numerous foods you can eat to kill them as well as cleanses you can do with natural herbs, supplements, etc. It may take a lot longer than you think or want but it is what it is. If you’ve got worms you need to consistently change your diet to healthy foods, make your intestines unpleasant for the worms to live there, get out in the sunshine and take a half hour walk every day, and be thankful for your life and everything positive you got going for you. With work and a positive attitude hopefully the worms will eventually go away the healthier you become.
