This helped reduce my anxiety a tad. Thank you. This sucks man. THC is just not for those of us who are sensitive to it. Edibles are just a bad idea. I'm day 3 and "depersonalizing." Sucks bad man. I like how you said to just let it go, let them wash over you.

Hey, new poster here, ate an edible 3 days ago and I feel like I've been swaying on a boat the whole time, it's getting really annoying and I want it to go away. It's been making me nauseous and affecting my everyday life, it only goes away if there's a lot of distractions going on nearby. Help would be appreciated, thank you.

So last year I smoked weed after not smoking for a while and got really terrifying effects. Time felt forever and every move I made felt like it was happening over 4 times and my vision like cut out between head movements which made the world look like a film slide show. This has happened two more times since. I smoked the first day of lollapalooza and got the same effects. Time felt forever, could feel all movements multiple times and could see as if I was lagging and my body would catch up. Good examples le is I would scratch my head and would scratch too hard and too much because I wouldn't realize that I was already scratching it because I was lagging. It pretty much lasted the whole day. It has come in waves and lasts for about 2 hours each wave. It is now 48 hours after smoking and am really annoyed with these effects. I am really depperate to find a way to make it stop. Please let me know. Also i forgot to add theta when this happens, I am able to talk to people and like observe things but as soon as I'm done I think to my self, "did that really just happen?". Almost as if I'm a robot with no memory. Plz help.

Give it time. It's pretty much the real solution here. (At least in my case) I took shrooms about 3 years ago and had similar symptoms. It took me a couple of years before I felt "normal" again. And recently I smoked weed for the first time since my my room experience and it started producing similar effects again. I would suggest to exercise, stay hydrated, and go out and do things to keep your mind off of it. Eventually you'll forget and either be used to it or feel normal. I know it can be super frustrating, but know that you're not alone.

I smoked 3 days ago and i feel terrible, i think it might have been laced with something. i have a strong tingling sensation in my head and it feels like im gonna go brain dead. my arms and thighs also tingle and feel very week and i feel like im floating. i cant think straight and i find myself zoning out alot. when i talk i sound fine but i cant feel myself thinking, its hard to explain. i just dont feel like myself, like my whole personality has changed. i also have no apetite and i feel as though im dreaming. my friend who smoked with me and smokes just about everyday says he feels fine though. ive smoked a couple times but ive never rly got the feeling of being "high". but the sh*t i smoked has me tripping out and i feel like itll never end. i went to the doctor about it and he just said let it take its course but that doesnt rly help bc its not going away and doesnt feel like it will anytime soon. i think i might be allergic to THC or it had like k2 in it or something. i just wanna know if itll go away bc its rly freaking me out, thanks

I ate a caramel edible for the first time Monday at 1pm (today is wednesday of the same week) and I'm still feeling like lost, abstent minded, the back of my brain feels weird, when I'm driving it feels like it's not me, i can't focus and feel dizzy. Haven't been to work in 2 days cuz I just can't work like this. Hopefully it goes away and it isn't like a permanent thing, I'm scared sh*tless ;(

I know this is really late lol, but if anyone is having the same feeling, it's because you have a low tolerance and you have had too much THC I think; anyway it Happened to me, it always does when i have bongs, it will go after about 3-6 days maybe even less, don't worry about it, it will be fine, and if it starts really starting to worry you, just have abit of weed and it should make you feel better

I had similar experiences where I just randomly got high again out of nowhere, having smoked only 1/2 a joint a night earlier. Took me 5 days and there were days the high was recurring without smoking. Its been 6 years now since that joint, I'm afraid to get high out of a sudden again........
