Well it's getting on to four months post op and it's easy to say now, but I feel like it was another person who had my operation!
The last few days I didn't realise but I am down to one - two BM a day, so I can only put the frequent trips to the loo down to the op.
Best thing I did, and dare I say, it was worth the inconvenience of being 'sub-human' for a few weeks.
Thanks to the above replies. I do keep moving about at work, and I hope I never get the 'rhoids again. Admittedly since I got married I have put on 4 stones in weight in 11 years, so could do with a bit of dieting. (But I was a little skinny to begin with!) I wouldn't consider my diet bad however - I love my fruit and veg, and I don't drink or smoke.
Best wishes to everyone waiting for or recovering from their operation. My thoughts are with you.
