feeling sick all the time, constant nausea, headaches and motion sickness

1 am a 40 yr old woman...I constantly have nausea,  headaches,and motion sickness in the pm....I'm always tired and can't seem to get enough sleep.....I took zoloft ror 3 days and have been off of it for 3 weeks...could this be from that.
