how to stop masturbation habit of crossing legs and clenching thigh muscle?

hi ! i am girl of 21 years old.i am used to masturbate since i was 15.i am used to do it by crossing my legs and clenching my thigh muscles and leg muscles.i do it more when i feel upset for any reason or feeling tired,sometimes before -after-or during sleep.actually i get used to do this before i knew what i was doing in fact.i do not know how it turned to a habit.from 1 or 2 years i have been noticed that my hip,thigh and leg muscles are being enlarged abnormally.they have grown fatter so abnormally than the other parts of my body.i had a really good body.but now it looks horrible.i have done lots of study and come to an end that this change in my body shape is an effect of my clenching muscle masturbation habit.now i am trying a lot to ruin this habit.but it seems really tough.but i really really really want to give up this habit and get my perfect figure.this habit is ruining my body shape and also my sex life with my boy friend.i want to give up.plzzz help me!i need a friendly suggestion ! is there any girl who is facing the same problem?plzzz reply!.plz suggest me how i can get rid of this horrible habit ! should i practice any exercise to get slimmer hip,thigh and leg?is it possible to get still?which are the useful exercises?how can i give up this masturbation habit and get rid of this negative side effects of masturbation?

Hey guys. Sharika, what you're doing is quite a special problem. Your muscles have developed abnormally because of the masturbation side effects and it has taken a toll on your sex life as well. I suggest you quit your habit as soon as possible, because it will take your sex life into a normal state, even though your muscles have already developed, you can prevent further developing by quitting masturbation for a while. Don't worry, everything will be back in normal but you just need to take care of your sex life and your muscle growth. Let us know on your process.

mmmm have you tried alternative masterbation methods, iv actually never heard of this before, I didnt know you could climax doing that. Anyway how about using your finger, vibrator or something. Its not breaking the habit of masterbating, just changing the way your doing it

dear sharika don't get panic at all.Actually i know a girl having the symptoms as u have.The ultimate thing is to remember that masturbation in any way and any cause would lead to a painful end.Actually i m a boy and also striving against the bad habit of masturbation.But i don't want to let u be the same.try to avoid it.good luck for your future

u can have sex with ur boyfriend thats the only thing u can do to stop ur mastrubation take normal diets to keep ur body fit walking is a very good practice for getting ride of ur thigh muscles:-)

helo shakira, while reading your text, it felt  like somebody had been spying on me, true i had been suffering from he same thing,and eventually  i lost my figure , despite of watching what i eat etc,having sex more,i  couldnt help it, for me  it started as a result of being unsatisfied and became a habbite .i ended up enjoying it, made me eat alot and hated the whole idea  hving sex with my bf.

try some few tricks that have help me, avoid thinking much about it, when u get the urge , either go for a long walk, exercise go for a dance{avoiding being alone}try to wake up early if its a morning habbite, and hit the cold waters and try to concentrate on spiritual books if you are religious  or see a therapist. untill u build up a strong will to resist it.

the longer u continue doing, the longer it you will ruin your life, by starting looking ugly hating urslf till you lose ur self esteem.

I used to do it since i was one year old!! Seriously, that was the only way i knew how to get there! When i was 22 i tried to learn by rubbing with my fingers and guess what? It did work! I am 41 now, unfortunately since i put on weight after having me baby, crossing legs doesn't work anymore. My thighs got too fat now. I really miss this, it was very intensive!!!

Is it really that bad? I experience the same thing but I don't see any problem with it. Maybe you'll just have to continue exercising or see a doctor. :)

LOL ofcourse this did not com by the way you masturbate.. it's just your bodyconstruction? lol do you REALLY think you get muscular by flexing your legs or something? ofcourse not, to musclular legs you have to exersise and run etc. this is certainly not the way you get muscular legs. This is something weird c**p in your head. How much do you weigh?
