Hi Angelo,
Fibrohazed means scarring, usually appearing like strands. It is usually as a result of a prior PTB (pulmonary tuberculosis) infection. This is in the top (apex) of the left lung.
It does not mean that it is active PTB. Additional testing may be needed.
