its kinda hard to commit to someone when i started gettin these lil white dots on my pennis. I have taken many test and came out clean with no std's or bad things health wise.I Avoid commitment wit people cause of this but want a partner so bad

It sounds like they are normal for you, and not an STD or an STI.
Are you washing regularly down there?
You may find with more regular bathing, use of soap and wash cloth, that you will have less of these minor pimples.
Do NOT try to pop them...do NOT try to lance them. That will only open the skin up to an infection and scaring.
You can get close to someone without having a sexual relationship with them. But it starts with you being more comfortable with yourself.
