Hi, I'm back with more tips and advice, this time I have tips that might help with food sneaking habits, the most annoying habit I've ever had. I found that at night I get really bored. Kind of similar to that of cabin fever. I have high metabolism so I'm hungry every like, half hour. So when I get hungry at night I used to sneak food, now I try to distract myself in a way that I won't sneak food. Here's some examples: -Listen to music (with earphones) -Draw -Read -Write rough drafts of stories. I hope this helps ;)

You can try mediation, because it can control your mind and provide the good energy to you. i think its best way to change your habits.
