Iam 14 and my skin around my frenulum has broken the is a bit of blood and it is painfull the frenulum is still there and has not broken only the skin has broke from the penis is this normal??

It sounds as though you have torn your frenulum due to too vigorous sexual activity. This is not real uncommon. It should heal up in time.
