I had that too, but then it started getting loose and after a month I finally got it back to normal. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. But don't try to force it. It might do other damage. Before you panic just wait. Once the skin is separated from the glans, the leftover site is like a bruise. For a couple days it might hurt a bit, but after a week or two it's completely healed.
At least that was my case.

One solution is to find something that is really soft and that is comfortable to wear. I would recommend a large rolled gauze kling design -#1 doctor recommended brand by BAND-AID (johnson - johnson). the size should be 4in x 2.5 yards. How this works is by cutting a thin strip from the gauze rolls sort of like a width of a normal band aid except longer in length, 5-7 inch depending on the girth of your penis. next pull back the foreskin and wrap the strip of gauze that you have cut around the sulcus area of the penis, basically before the glans. Lastly, just tie a knot. ps, one knot should do the work (not too loose, but not too tight). The way these gauze are design made the knots you tie really secure and since its stretchable making it very comfortable to wear, and it benefits most when you have an unwanted erection, it will still stay in place and doesn't cause any discomfort. I been doing it for a while and its the best way to retract the foreskin so good luck. Hope that helps!

Okay so the previous comment isn't really relevant to the question, but in case if anyone is wondering, it is a natural procedure you can do to retract an uncircumcised penis over a period of time to make it appear as circumcised. That's only if you ever consider wanting to be circumcised.

He means with stretching exercises by pulling your foreskin back as far as you can so it's just getting tight to pull back any further but not so it's hurting then hold it there for 30 seconds to a minute, if you do it regular then in time it will slowly stretch to pull further back.

Hi guest, are you talking about your frenulum? The skin that joins the foreskin to the penis head that's underneath as you look down on your penis?

yeah its like the skin that folds up and when u pull it back the skin its like a strand atached by two parts (the head/shaft)

As long as its not to tight to restrict your foreskin pulling back then that's fine, most guys that have a foreskin have no problems at all pulling there foreskin back to clean, during masturbation or during intercourse.
