It is beneficial to be able to pull your foreskin back so that you can wash under it to stop the build up of smegma and so that bacteriacant build up and cause infection. Try doing stretching exercises every time you take a bath by gently pulling your foreskin back as far as you can and just holding it there for a bit and you should find it should release from your penis head in time.

Hi Guest, At 14 it is NORMAL for you to NOT be able to retract your foreskin. By about 16 or so you should be able to though - start stretching!
Don't consider surgery until you've developed some more. Your penis can grow/develop into your early 20's.

i think i have the same thing people are tellingme its phimosis but i know its not. its really weird to explane but i will try too, so its like extra skin attached to the right and left side of the head i cant take it over that spot nothing hurts or is painful it just looks weird and doesnt look normal, the stuff that is attached looks like it is glued almost like i could come over the head but its glued.... could it be because i just recently started pulling it all the way back and it just need time and then the skin will get "unglued" and fully retract

Hi Guest,
The layers of your foreskin will separate as you get older. Usually by around 16 or so this is complete so give it time. Normal erections, and masturbation, will help it separate. Don't force it.

It will stop bleeding, in time. It will bleed A LOT!
Just put pressure on it, using a clean bandage or cloth, and keep it on it.
