If you can easily retract your foreskin while flaccid. then you need to start doing streatching exercises with a PARTIAL erection.
you must be gentle however. and not cause your self pain. have you read the streatching technique a few of us here reccomends? it invoulves a hot bath with epsom salt to make the skin more elastic then streatching and rubbing a little olive oil into the foreskin at the end.
this technique seems to be quite effective.
But remember streatching takes time and so results dont happen overnight. 8)

i'm 22, and my foreskin does not retract even while erect.
i lose sensitivity, but in bed with my girl i can last for hours.
girls will love you for it, but sometimes it's really hard to cum since there's reduced sensitivity.
also, sometimes if there's a lotta friction during sex, my foreskin comes back behind the glans and gets stuck, resulting in a lotta pain.

hey guest while that may prove to be a benefit to lasting longer in bed it is very important to be able to retract your foresking because you must clean behinde it almost daily to prevent smegma from accumulating and causeing oder plus semen getting trapped underneath also adds to the risk of developing balanitis and other infections of the penis and urogenital tract. also some research suggests that unclean foreskins increase the risk of developing penile cancer o.O so i suggest you read the above posts on streatchnig exercises and try them out.

hey guest theres no need to be worried.... first a few question can you retract your foreskin while your penis is flacid (not erect)? also how tight is your foreskin when you try to retract it can you see any of your glans (head) at all or is it just a small opening? there are descreate ways to help streatch your foreskin but it depends on how tight it is....
here is a link to a diagram of four different severities of phimosis (tight foreskin) which picture looks most like yours with that info we should be able to figure out how to resolve your problem.

hey guest where is this small piece of skin?? is it on the underside of your glans (head) and attached to your foreskin as well? if so its most likley your frenulum which is normal and suppose to be there. look up frenulum on google images and see if thats what you are talking about also look up frenulum breve (short frenulum) and see if it is like that.
so to clarify when you retract your foreskin its not tight like a tight ring which cannot streatch all the way around your penis its more like you can see the full glans of the penis but there is a small strip of skin attached to it correct?

You can use water or whatever you use for bathing. If you do use soap on it be sure to rinse it well so there is no soap left under the foreskin. It can get rather sore after a few hours with soap inside.
