I am 16, uncircumsised. About a year ago I pulled back the foreskin and found it was basically fused to the glans on one side. There is a picture here, not of my penis, which basically shows what it is. It comes back normally enough when flaccid but the glans are not shown at all when erect. Appreciate and help thanks.

That link just brings up a page full of recently uploaded photos at Photobucket.

If it's fused to the glans on one side I don't see how it can come back normally when flaccid.

Does it retract all the way when flaccid so you can see behind the coronal ridge all the way around?

I comes back when flaccid insofar as that I can almost see the ridge on one side, but the other side is like in the picture. Or if you cannot see the picture, it is basically fused.
