Foreskin won’t heal on penis. some part is bleeding every time I masturbate

Whenever I masterbate, which is almost daily, a part of my foreskin which is about a centimeter from where it folds in, gets all ashy and even some parts cuts and starts bleeding a tiny bit. I don’t know what to do.
