i'm 17 and have had sex twice, and both times the foreskin didnt sit behind the head and slid up while the condom was on, and the sex was c**p and did nothing for me. When my penis is not erect I have no troubles pulling the foreskin back behind the head, but when I'm on hard i can pull it to the base of the head but when i let go it just goes back up! it's terrible.
What do I do?????

If repeated persistent effort doesn't solve this, consider circumcision.
