well ive read about it tearing but not coming all the way off. as you know you dont need it anyway. i would be cocerned about infection and if it looks like there might be a scarring problem. might lose sensation where the scar is. youll have to be the judge how bad it is but im thinking doctor.

I think you mean that she tore your frenulum and your foreskin is not attached at the bottom.
If that is the case, then I think you will be okay if you just leave it alone while it heals.
