You have to change your diet. Nutrition is the biggest factor! Try a plant based diet for a month. Include green smoothies, juicing, take probiotics with CFUs and foods that contain probiotics to build up the good bacteria in your vagina and intestines. Increase fiber intake. Consume chlorophyll daily to help purify the body! Drink plenty of water daily!!! Don't douche. Limit the sugar, bread and diary as much as possible, almost zero consumption

How does this happen? I have a blood/ fecal smell coming from my vagina it’s been a few days since. I had anal sex I’m scared as hell. But I can’t rememver if I left a tampon in a month ago or two. Help !

You're most likely having sex with a guy/guys who haves unprotected sex with another woman. That caused me to have recurrent bv infections. When I quit the guy and got treated afterwards the infection stopped.

I have read this whole thread and I know this is almost 15 years old. I can relate to 80% of the women’s comments. I have dealt with this problem for some years. Using probiotics now some days I have a hold on it some days I don’t. I wish it would completely just go away. I hope one day I can get a doctor to hear my concerns and help me with a long term solution.
