I have been living with a small frenulum tear for about 20 years. It happened while watching an erotic movie. I was fully clothed but my GF was sitting in my lap, and she shifted posiiton, and OW! It never healed, I just have to live with it. I can still have gentle sex, which may or may not end up with the torn area irritated but not more torn. The big problem with this little tear is that it is a place for bacteria to enter the penis and cause red splotches in the penis head or painful swelling of the foreskin. SOLUTION: Obviously, always clean the area when showering. Then treat the exposed area with antiseptic or antibiotic. Then cover the area with a patch of 3M Paper First Aid Tape, also known as Micropore. The Micropore is miraculous. It acts as a layer of skin and even stays in place as the foreskin moves. Of course, remove it before sex or showering. It is not painful to remove. Then, after the usual treatment, replace it with a fresh patch.
hi um um only 13 and um I was in my bathroom playing with myslef and then um snap I felt sharp pain so I looked and my frenulum like it tore in half it’s still on but it’s torn a little and so muhc blood came out so I applied pressure and put some gauze and I sleept the next day I checked it looked better no more bleeding but it started to bleed so I used toilet paper and shoved it in my pants so now I’m fine no more blood yay it’s a little red some dry blood and it stings when I pull back it does not hurt when I pee but I clena it and I will keep doing this till it heals then I’ll see a doctor in just kinda scared so pleas help me
