i have same problem from masterbating.. but mine is very raw sometimes pools blood.. i have to bandage it to keep it from rubbing my pants but that also keeps air off but i cant not wrap it because the sores seem to be moist and sticks to my undies

Have had this problem for years and finally found something that really helps- lamasil cream for jock itch, idk what is is but it helps it gel up in 1-2 days and reproved a lot of that burning pain etc

I've had the same thing for almost a year and a half. After almost a year, and trying many different products that I found on these forums with no success, I found something that actually helps me.
