ok so this may be a little wierd but im 19 years old and into fitness. i broke up with my gf about 2 months ago and am totally over it. i have been having problems with my troat it is very sensitive and when i swallow, talk alot or really do anything with my troat it makes my gag reflexes start going crayz and sometimes leads to throwing up. after i eat its terrible i feel a lot of pressure and usually when i try to burp or caugh i will start gaging and eventually get to the point of vomiting. if any one can help in any way i would be very pleased.. thanks
Difficulty swallowing may be a sign of throat cancer. That is the worst case scenario. It may also be a sign of hiatal hernia or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). See a doctor soon.

It could just be a case of nerves. Try yoga or chi kung breathing exercises. You can learn these exercises on youtube. If you are too busy to do these exercises, even jogging in place or doing jumping jack may be helpful.

I have such strong gag reflexes, how do you remove these tonsillitis? Is that also why I have this horrible taste in my mouth?
