I have side cramping which it is a pancreas, I had gallbladder removed more than a month ago. However, after my surgery was success and I begins to eat light until I thought I was ready to eat what I usually eat. Oh, bad idea I went to ER for the first time after surgery. The ER Dr says I'm not ready to lift heavy stuff at work and drink soda after feeling hydrated which leads me inflammation and side cramping. So I begin to drink water instead and stay away for sodas as I was researching. Somehow a week later, I'm back to ER for the second time which it was two Saturdays ago, the night before ER I ate bake lean low-fat pork chop which it IS not a good idea that making my pancreas unhappy. I had stay almost 24 hours with IV going on my system to get back on strength. They cat scan to see what was it, and say it is normal. Thanks to ER and Good Doctors. I'm back on researching, and I have to accept and learn respect my health. I'm on a special diet and watch out what food that bothers my side cramping, and I'm not lifting. Yesterday I went out with my date to church and out to restaurant, sigh they don't have special menu for people who on special diet. I look on side menu and order bake potato w/o butter/sour cream/bacon bits. I thought little cheese will be okay, and grill chop chicken. This early 4 am I woke up in pain, I manage to get water and pray even sitting up straight and try to breath, hoping not to go back to ER and finally 30 minutes later, I feel confident in a way. That's pretty much scary to me. I'm gonna call a friend or an instructor (depends on budget I can handle) to teach me exercise properly without upsetting my side cramp. OK, I still feel sick once a while but I recommended water is the best source to relax you. I really appreciated the SteadyHealth.com helps me get social with patients who have the same problems like side cramping. It makes me feel better knowing what I'm facing and hope to find a cure. I'll keep update how the physical fittness goes.
