anyone with this disorder. not working. I am getting worse. and I think i may have to go off work. My short term disabilty insurance is with standard life. anyone familiar with how they might handle this kind of claim. I know they are a little ruff to ever pay out for anything.
Hi there, I think that the best thing to do is to go through therapy if you haven't before. I know that at times it can convince you that you are not prepared or able to go to work, but fortitude is the way to go. You have to be strong and fight it at every turn. What do you think?
Counseling is great! Has the doctor run blood tests to check for any inbalance? What about a dietician to see what help they can offer?
What is your diet like? Drop processed foods, sodas, excess sugars from your diet - the chemicals in them certainly would not help you. And you could be having a sensitivity to one or more of the chemicals.
If you're not exercising, try starting with walking in nature to relax the body. Yoga and meditation can help calm the mind and body, release stress and tone your body.
I hope you're doing better.
