I'm 17, a female, 5"7 145 pounds and i miss running. I had to stop for awhile due to some family problems and i tried to get back into running during the summer but i kept getting sick after i ran. When i was running, I knew not to go full out and i had to go slow. After i would run , even though i was tried, it felt good. Then after i get home from pratice i would start throwing up for the next to 3-5 days. Then i try it again and the same thing happens. I did try to run through the pain and throwing up but it did not work. then i tried to run only one mile and the same thing happen.
*My diet did not ever really change.
I was told it might be that i have an iron deficiency. what's your opinion.

I haven't heard about such case before. Go talk to your doctor.
