Aww you seem like such a caring boyfriend. I believe it may be leftover from her period. Sometimes a woman may think its over but then something like sex, can trigger any leftovers to flow out (yeah female bodies are weird like that lol). this happened to me today too. plus my girlfriend's chest abover her breasts gets red and blochy like a rash but she says it doesnt itch... not sure if thats somethinglike idk shes allergic to sex or idk what!

Well this has happened to me and my bf when we were having sex and my period ended about a day or 2 before us having sex and I asked my doctor and she says it's completely normal it's just that the vagina walls is very sensitive after our period so you if you were thrusting really fast or hard you know if you were having rough sex then your penis most likely cut her on the inside they're little cuts the bleeding won't last long but you shouldn't have rough sex after her period since she's more sensitive down there the first 3-5 days I hope this helps calm your nervous I know it did with my bf
