Best song he ever wrote: Take It Easy
The Pretender, by far.
I was home for college one summer and my sister (brainiac, English major, classical music fan) invited me to go to a Lionel Richie concert with her boyfriend. For obvious reasons I declined. The next morning she is wearing a Jackson Browne T-shirt. I asked her where she got it and she's says "oh, this is from the concert last night". WHAT??????? I just about wrung her neck - I would have LOVED to see Jackson Browne. How she could have confused the two is beyond me.
