Had intercourse on 9th day from her period

Hello, Me and my g.f had sex on the 9th day of her period. Her period started on 20th and we had phone28th. We have only insert my panels at once therewas no ejaculation inside her vegina Is there any changes of her to be pregnant, I had concern with the doctor he told me that 10days from the period is safe.Please help me
