had my daughter 5 months ago then was given a d&c two we

so its been 5 months since given birth and had a d&c due to tissue left in my uterus. I'm concerned because i haven't had a period. Also last week I had to go to the emergency room because of extreme pelvic pain. the doctor did an ultra sound and said can't find any scarring. This whole thing has mad me feel like i'm going crazy. anyone have any thoughts or ideas
