Welcome to the crowd. Most first times are not that great, especially if you're not that into the other person. Also, if he didn't spend too much time in foreplay and oral sex, you probably weren't excited enough. He must be quite immature - most girls don't have an orgasm through intercourse.

Well it is normal for a girls first time to be painful, resulting in no orgasm during sex. Now when the boy stripped down and you noticed a yellow/green discharge from his penis then yah he could have had chlamydia, but signs of an STD wont show right after sex. What could have happened was he broke your hymen and his semen and your blood could have mixed together resulting in the thing you saw down there. If he wasn't using a condom then his pre-cum could have mixed with your blood(if you bled) resulting in the mucus discharge. Usally the girl wont see it but during sex if your partner wasnt using a condom his pre-cum will look either white, or grey & bubbly. Now 1-2 weeks after intercourse you notcie pain when you pee, yello/green discharge, stomach pains or constipation then GET CHECKED.
possibly an allergic reaction to the latex from the condom. that's the only thing i could possibly think of.
