had sex without condom and my vagina started to itch and I feel burning

goodnight.....I have been scratching for two days now Cuz wen I pee it kind of feels painful and wen I get up it starts itching or burns.....and I scratched and bruised myself.my vagina is swollen, red fine bumps,and it burns at times n I scratch or rub...what is the problem?do I have an s.t.I. I had sex without a condom last week n my vagina started acting like this.....
