im a 31 yr old male who was diagnosed with varococele in my early 20s. i had surgery to fix it shortly after. then my left testicle got swollen to the size of a lime over the next several yrs, it ached and throbbed for years but i didnt have any health ins. i finally got ins and i was diagnosed with hydrocele. i had surgery on that a couple of yrs ago. over the last 12 yrs ive had 3 longterm relationships including a marriage, i never got them pregnant. we werent using any protection at all and i am currently not using any with my soon to be wife. she has 2 kids from a previous marriage and all my exes have gotten pregnant from their new relationships. its gotta be me! is there any way i can take a sperm analysis at home in a kit? i currently dont have ins.
