Hard bump(s) on my dangly bits

There is a small hard lump I discovered today in the shower. It is only skin deep on the left side of my testicles. There isn't any pain and had I not been washing; its likely I'd never have noticed. At first I thought it may be a pimple, but it does not pop or yield to any sort of pressure. I checked more carefully and found two other similar areas that were smaller.

Is this something I should have checked professionally?

I've not had sex with multiple partners, ever.
I haven't had sex period in the last year or so, have not masturbated in longer than that.

This would have to be related to nutrition if anything, or sun exposure. I do not sun bathe in the all-together, if ever. My nutrition lacks proper vegetable and fruit allocations but I have not seen anything like this in any other place aside from something I've had for years and years that I believe was the result of an accident. 31 male, obviously.. I hope.

Daily doses from 9-5, during week days include a multi-V "for him" and 2 to 3 "black jack" type pills that are basically caffeine plus some roots and seeds I forget the name to. Flax gensing stuff like that.

I just have never had a problem that wouldn't go away with the right amount of pressure or a few weeks of good nutrition. and cancer runs in my family.

so. doc.... yes? no? stop sitting on my balls and use them? I'll be waiting for information.
